At Some Point We All Need Help With Our Computers
It’s probably happened to all of us. Your computer screen locks up, or a certain program stops working, or heaven forbid you get “the blue screen of death” and your hard drive crashes. What do you do?
For those who don’t have an IT department you may feel compelled to curl up in a corner and just cry. But before doing that we recommend either bringing your computer into Abstract Technology, or giving us a call, and we’ll make arrangements to assess your situation and determine a course of action.
Our Goal: Get You Up and Running Quickly
Most of us depend on our computers to a degree that without them we cannot easily do our jobs. Abstract Technology can try to help in three ways:
- Walk In Diagnostics and Repair
If you are able to bring your computer to our office, a technician will give you a free assessment and quote to fix it.
- Remote Support
This allows us to take a look at your computer without you needing to bring it in. In many cases we can fix your issues without visiting your home or office. There is a fee for this service.
- Home/Office Visits
A technician will come to your home or office, normally within 24 hours of your request. There is a minimum charge when we go on site.
