    • In the “Your current email address” field, type your company email address (e.g., [email protected]).
  5. Set a Password

    • Create a secure password for your Google account.
      • It must be at least 8 characters long.
      • Use a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols for added security.
    • Re-enter the password in the “Re-enter password” field to confirm.
  6. Select Your Location

    • Use the drop-down menu next to “Location” to choose your country.
  7. Complete the Verification Process

    • Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your identity. This may include entering a verification code sent to your email or phone number.
  8. Accept Google’s Terms of Service

    • Review the terms and conditions.
    • Click the “I accept. Create my account” button to finalize the account creation process.
  9. Activate Your Google Account

    • Open your company email inbox and locate the confirmation email from Google.
    • Click the link provided in the email to activate your Google account.
  10. Send Confirmation (If Required)
