Computer Repair - If your computer is broken, needs an upgrade, or you need to purchase a new one, you are at the right place.  We can quote repair or upgrade to any computer system.

Apple/MAC Repair - We are an Apple Authorized Service Provider.  So if your MAC is under warranty, we can resolve all of your warranty repairs at no cost to you.  If you product is not under warranty, we can still help you.  We provide repairs and upgrades for all MAC products, as well as iPhone screen repair and replacement.

IT Consulting - If you need an objective voice, project manager, or a consultant to help your current IT department, Abstract can offer their expertise. Having a voice from outside your organization can yield new thoughts, new technologies, new designs, and better options. Call us to speak with one of our consultants.

Website Design/Hosting - Abstract has created many websites for their customers. We can create anything from a static html website to a full custom php site. Whatever your needs, Abstract can provide you with the right product.

IT Outsourcing - Abstract can be your entire IT department. Why pay one person a very healthy wage when you can pay Abstract much less, all the while receiving much more. With a one or two person IT department you have limited talent at your disposal. You may end up paying them and outside consultants. Abstract has packages call Managed Services that address all your IT needs. A no-worries plan.

Managed Services - There are three levels of packages, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each package having different benefits than the others as you move up in level. Bronze being a way for companies to mitigate some of their costs and know from month to month approximately what they will pay in IT services. It includes a predetermined number of phone support calls, etc. Silver then allows more and brings in some offsite support. Whereas, Gold essentially makes your IT costs known and Abstract takes care of everything. The main bonuses with Managed Services are budgeting and proactive maintenance. Since Abstract will not have to get permission to maintain systems, they can do it proactively, which helps to minimize things failing, downtime, and lost revenue to you.

Break/Fix Support - Have no IT department? Need something simply fixed that has gone down? Abstract can make service calls too. Call us for whatever may have broken. We offer a wide variety of support from Windows to MAC to Linux.

Help Desk Support - We have technicians that are able to work remotely. Many problems can be addressed without ever having to visit your office. This speeds up recovery time and minimizes downtime and lost revenue.
