The basic Bronze package contains a hearty serving of IT care with a monthly on-site appointment to your location and proactive maintenance on your networking and server hardware. This package also includes 24/7 monitoring for networking equipment plus daily monitoring of your data backups.
Our Silver package provides the features of the Bronze plan bundled with a set number of monthly hours at a discounted rate. Silver package customers may also take advantage of remote monitoring and management software for their devices.
Our flagship Gold package offers all the features of the Bronze and Silver packages, but also includes all technical support no matter the number of hours and problems you encounter. This plan makes your IT costs known and has Abstract take care of everything, excluding emergency time and large projects. You’re also provided with weekly vulnerability scans of your public network, granting you peace of mind knowing we’re watching your network and mitigating risks. The Gold package provides the highest level of protection for your network and is like having a dedicated IT employee.
